The projects around the property can be seemingly never ending.  The list spans a large space from in-ground sprinkler system to run the irrigation to heated floors and decks on the house.  There are also several notable projects that randomly get created, partially due to necessity but also from over surfing of the internet causing side tracks of inspiration.  These projects are generally fun and also time consuming, hydro dipping,  BT speakers and more.
